Thank you for choosing our helicopter products. We are committed to providing you with high-quality flight equipment and excellent after-sales service to ensure you have an outstanding purchasing experience.

  • Product Quality Assurance

Each helicopter must undergo a strict two-round flight test process before leaving the factory. Only when the flight test is completely passed will it enter the sales stage. This is to ensure that all functions of the product you receive are intact, of excellent and reliable quality, and can be directly put into safe flight use.

  • Refund and Return Details

Order Cancellation: Only before the shipment is dispatched, you can apply to cancel the order, and we will issue a full refund. The refund will be returned to the original payment method you used.

Return and Refund Conditions and Procedures: Within 7 days after you receive the product, if the product is unused and does not affect secondary sales, you can apply for a return and refund. The specific steps are as follows:

Before applying for a return, please first get in touch with our customer service team and confirm the return matter. The customer service will provide you with detailed return guidance and assistance.

You need to bear the freight for returning the product. To ensure the safety and integrity of the product during transportation, it is recommended that you choose a reliable logistics company and package the product properly.

Within 1 - 3 days after we receive the returned package and check it without any problem, we will arrange the refund for you. The refund amount will deduct any discounts you have enjoyed (if any) and the relevant costs incurred by the return (such as packaging fees, if any). The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

  • Goods Damage or Defect Handling

If you find that there is any damage during logistics or the product has defects when you receive the goods, please provide us with clear pictures or video evidence within 7 days after receiving the goods so that we can confirm the problem in a timely manner. After confirming the problem, we will take the initiative to communicate with you and jointly determine a satisfactory solution.
